The basic Quality Management Policy, by which the operating actions of the “OLYMPION” GENERAL CLINICAL OF PATRA S.A. are planned, is summarised as follows:

  • Implementation of Quality Management System according to the ELOT EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard
  • Operation in full compliance with the national and European legislation governing the General Clinic’s operation
  • Provision of the necessary resources for the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
  • Collaboration with reliable and appraised suppliers
  • Continuous training of staff in the work they perform as well as in the effective implementation of the Quality Management System
  • Continuous modernization and maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • Evaluation of the patients’ needs and prompt end effective response
  • Providing confidence in meeting the patients’ needs
  • Systematic analysis of all well-founded complaints of patients or their relatives and any cases of non-compliance and investigation of the causes
  • Continuous monitoring of medical and technological developments
  • Taking preventive and corrective action
  • Continuous improvement of the way of organization, operation and efficiency of the Quality Management System
  • Establishment of objective quality goals, resulting from the processes of measuring and monitoring the performance of the Quality Management System, which are applied constantly for data collection

The main objective of the OLYMPION General Clinic is to achieve, maintain and improve its image and reliability by providing high quality healthcare services.
