International Patients Services Department
The International Patients Services Department was established for the provision of services to patients from other countries, that have either scheduled a trip to Greece in order to receive medical treatment for their health condition, at any stage of their treatment process, or for international travelers that are visiting Greece on their vacation and who are dealing with an emergency condition during their trip.
The IPS Department offers:
- - Pre-travel information and communications
- - Coordination of medical treatment and administrative/insurance issues upon the patient’s arrival to the facilities
- - Services related to administrative/insurance issues through out the whole hospitalization
- - Upon discharge, organization and support with all the administrative/insurance issues
- - Post-treatment follow-up
The International Patients team consists of highly experienced and qualified personnel, that are at your disposal to answer to any question you might have, before, during or after your visit/hospitalization, at the OLYMPION facilities.

Visiting hours for family members, friends and relatives: Every day from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm & from 18:00 to 21:00
Medical staff communication hours: 8:00 to 21:00

The OLYMPION Private General Clinic has become a preferred partner for many well-known International Insurance, Travel Insurance and Assistance Company networks. This provides us with accessibility for direct communication with your Insurance Company, in order to obtain direct coverage of the hospitalization expenses, in case of emergency.
